Nice clean room and location close to shops, train station etc. Expedia listing showed it had a washer but that’s not the case. Staff were helpful.

I really can't complain, For the price, you shouldn't expect anything extravagant, The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the train station, shops, and Lidl, This is my third visit during my yearly trip to Offenburg, It's a great deal for what you pay, The hotel is quite basic, making it perfect for short stays or if you don't have a car,

While some of the reception staff could have been a bit warmer, our experience overall was quite pleasant, When my son mentioned a leak in the bathroom, it took a while for maintenance to address it, but they eventually moved us to a new room after a day, It was a little inconvenient for him to return from a wedding to pack up, but the staff handled the situation well once they were aware, Most of the team was very welcoming, especially those in the dining area,
