The water pressure was great!!! Parts of the area seemed a little sketchy. The parking garage right behind the hotel had all kinds of graffiti and i had to park on the top level to receive the parking discount, still! The bed was not centered, my side by the window only had a gap of maybe 6 inches, and the base of the bed could not be moved. Trying to drag your luggage up the front steps was not what you would expect from a high class hotel!!! The breakfast was excellent!! By far the best on the trip.

Grand building, a few issues

Impressive building, feels very grand when you walk in. Our room was large with comfortable bed but bathroom a bit dated. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily but the only things done were replacing the coffee & cups and filling the fridge - surprised that they didn't make bed or empty bin. Bathroom had previous guest's contact lens on floor & some mould. Curtains didn't reach to bottom of window. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and excellent breakfast and location

This was such a wonderful hotel. It's right in the middle of the touristic part of Odense, with plenty of places to eat nearby and very close to the train station. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was outstanding. I would stay there again for sure.

I thought this hotel was great. It was a good location, a lovely building and lobby and breakfast was out of this world! We stayed in a third floor exterior room which meant it was quite compact with smaller windows. I loved it because it was well designed and very sweet little room but if you need more space request a room on the 2nd or 1st floor or an interior courtyard room on the 3rd.

We chose this hotel (original part built 1897, but we stayed in the 1950s annex wing) because it contrasted with a modern hotel we had stayed at in Copenhagen for a small group tour. This hotel is just a couple of minutes from the train station, and near many restaurants, shopping and touring options. We arrived on a very hot day (about 82F) and I opened the window a bit for some cool breeze at night... it was a little noisy but did not interfere with sleep. Excellent breakfast buffet. A special thanks to the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant.. my grandchild needed minor first aid attention during our visit and staff with very helpful with that. Lots of smiles from the staff during breakfast was a nice way to start each day!

Amazing location and amenities.

Great location. You can walk to train station and all restaurants in city center. We took the tram to the university but you could walk it if so inclined. The breakfast had fresh variety. I didn’t want to leave. Great spot.
