This island gem is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Professional interior decorating is stunning but relaxed. This reverse floor plan is ideal for families with children or multi-family groups. The second floor open great room, dining and kitchen areas are bright and inviting. Fully-stocked kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. The formal dining room, casual bar seating, and screened porch with patio table provide varied options for dining.

Two screened porches are open and airy in warm weather, yet protected from cool breezes in the off-season. Additional open porch on second floor is the ideal spot for reading a novel, taking a nap, or watching the stars. A large yard with privacy fence and park style charcoal grill is perfect for picnics or relaxing after a day at the beach.

3 bedrooms, 3 Baths: Two Bedrooms with King beds. One bedroom with two twins. Double size Sleeper Sofa in living area.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet service, cable TV with DVD in living area and TVs in all bedrooms. All televisions are Google Chrome (Chromecast) enabled to allow content (video, music, games) from any smartphone, tablet, or laptop to be played on the television. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

Family stay

We had a great stay. The layout of the house was great for us. The location was good and not far from anything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and was up to date. Only a few things that could be fixed. - no remote for lights/ceiling fan in twin bedroom - there was no remote for the ceiling fan on the top porch - hole in wall at the top of the stairs where a baby gate goes. So we couldn’t use it due to that being there - baby gates need replaced. They were a little old and difficult to use because of that.

Met our needs!

Very nice home, perfect for the group we had... 3 adults & 3 kids. The underneath of the house does flood pretty easily as does the area entering / exiting the neighborhood. It wasn't too much of a problem, but the road being flooded prohibited us from riding bikes and the underneath of the house being flooded made parking cars, bikes and golf carts a challenge. The area leading to the neighborhood and underneath the home are very low. Even after all other water had receded in town, our area and home were still flooded. Charging golf carts was also hindered due to the flooding underneath. Lastly, the outdoor shower should have at least a small roof on it. Thankfully, the neighbors forewarned us not to shower without being fully clothed because their kitchen window looks directly into the outdoor shower. Overall, nice home and well set-up, just a few areas improvement could be made that wouldn't deter us from staying again, especially if there's no rain forecasted.
