The walls are thin and could hear everything the tenants were doing next door. No actual heater on our side yes there was a portable one but no instructions next to it or in the one room it was provided in and also seemed to not work when tried. Luckily didn’t get overly cold. Also believe tenants were smoking weed being it was only smelt inside of the home not outside. Yes owner was contacted they said no smoking is allowed however we know how people can be. I had to fold laundry left in the dryer which was left on top of the dryer when finished.
