Bring your loved ones, and maybe a pet or two, to spend a week or weekend in this stunning, remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, second story condo in Bethany Bay.

The home sleeps six in three different beds, including a king in the master bedroom with cable TV, queen in bedroom #2, and brand new queen sofa pull-out in the living room. Please bring your own linens and towels. If you prefer to rent linens and towels, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. The dining room table seats up to six, and the well stocked kitchen includes both Keurig and drip coffee pots. Starters of paper goods are generously provided. There are also a TV and fireplace in the living room.

Amazing water and bay views abound from most rooms in this condo. Relax on your screened-in back porch and enjoy the wild life and scenic views of the marsh, the bay and the bridge morning, noon and night. Only a 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach. This second floor condo in the peaceful and serene Bethany Bay community offers stunning views, and free amenities including a community pool, hot tub and children's pool with lounges and umbrellas, walking and biking paths along the water and through the woods, an onsite executive 9 hole par 3 golf course (fee), free tennis and basketball courts (bring your equipment), a playground, and more! Bring your kayaks too (or see free activities below) and sail in the bay just outside your condo. Or bring your bikes and ride down any of the local paths.



Two dogs maximum are allowed with written permission. The $200 per dog per week will be added to your invoice after you book.

Free parking is directly in front of your building.

State parks, restaurants of all levels, groceries and shopping are all within 10 minutes.

Brand new rental! Very close to the beach. Great place to watch boats and relax on the back porch. Very clean and property management is very responsive. Wonderful family getaway!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities to make it home for the week! Great location-loved the pool & on-site 9 hole golf course. Enjoyed my morning coffee relaxing and taking in the the view on the screened in porch! My husband and I and our 2 small dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Due to this condo being an end unit, the views were magnificent. The screened in porch made using the deck bug free. The unit was finely appointed and the decor was lovely. We really enjoyed being able to use the condo pool while vacationing here. I would recommend this unit and consider returning here again.

This apartment is lovely. The furnishings, the location, the supplied kitchen tools are all top notch. 1404 is super comfortable and beds have spectacular mattresses. Dining tables in the family room and kitchen are a nice touch. The views from front and rear patios are wonderful, with plenty of marsh birds and deer on display. Our family loved it, and Daisy Mae (our fur baby) didn’t want to leave, she made so many friends and loved the little beach out back. We’ll be back.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful trip and the property was just what we were looking for! The absolute best was the screened back porch and the view. We sat on the porch for morning coffee watching the sunrise and then in the quiet of the night. Our little pooch loved it too!The place had all kitchen supplies needed for light cooking.the pool was perfect and we enjoyed it after a day at the beach. Only recommendation would be to supply beach chairs and umbrella. It’s not a necessity but would be a very nice touch for a wonderful place. Will return!

Beautiful Condo

The condo and entire community is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so very much. The furnishings in the condo were lovely and it was very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back balcony looking at the bay. It is a stunning view. I can’t say enough how much we loved the place! However, on our second day the door knob to the front storm door came apart while my husband was opening the door. I emailed Jeremy, the property manager and also sent a picture. I never received a reply back. That didn’t sit too well with me. Other than the communication issue it was a wonderful stay.

Lovely Condo

We just returned from a great week in Bethany Bay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our kids loved the neighborhood pool, which had a nice sized baby pool for my 1 year old. By far the best part of the stay was the view from the screened in porch. We saw all kinds of wildlife in and around the bay. Our last night was July 4th and my son was feeling a little under the weather so we stayed in and I'm actually so glad we did. We could see at least 5 different professional fireworks shows on the distance from the porch, not to mention a couple semi-professional shows right across the water (probably just some Dad's going wild but they did a great job!).
