Upstairs offers a bedroom with a queen bed and day bed, a Jack and Jill bathroom, a third bedroom that has another queen bed, and a set of bunk beds.

This home is perfectly located directly across the street from the playground, tennis courts and nearby pavilion and pool. Guests are welcome to catch the beach shuttle that picks up near the pavilion. This home is just walking distance to the Bear Trap driving range, pro shop, and the 1st tee. Don't forget to catch a happy hour or dinner at "The Den" restaurant, located in Bear Trap Community. Golfing may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities, renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel set per person.
