Escape to this spacious, two-story, 7 bedroom, 4 bath single-single family home that sleeps 20. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac featuring 3,600 square feet of peaceful vacation space in The Village at Bear Trap Dunes. This property continues to obtain Five Star ratings on all websites, including VRBO and Airbnb.

The 1st Floor features:
The Owner's Suite featuring a king bed, large bathroom with whirlpool tub, his and hers walk-in closets, its own gas fireplace, Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies.

Two Large additional bedrooms each with Queen beds, Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Movies, and a shared full Bathroom.

Well-equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators (one in the garage), stove and microwave, two kitchen sinks (regular and prep), Keurig and regular coffee makers, turkey roaster for the holidays, air fryer oven and 4 slice toaster, blender, and electric can opener.

The Great Room featuring a gas fireplace and Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies and Formal Dining Room with table seating for 16.

Very spacious inside and out, this golf getaway also features a screened porch sitting area and an open-air deck with outdoor seating for 20, with a large gas grill for BBQs and happy hour.

The 2nd Floor features:
A second Master Suite with a King bed, its own full bathroom, Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, and pack 'n play.

There are two additional bedrooms connected by a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom, one with a queen bed and an extra long Single bed, and one with two Twin beds and a toddler bed.

The last and 7th bedroom/bonus room features three sets of bunkbeds, a full size pool table, Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, Electric recliners, and a game area that includes seating for 6.

The house includes: Central heating and air-conditioning, full size washer/dryer, two refrigerators, parking for 5+ vehicles which includes a two-car garage, driveway, and street. The formal dining room seats up to 16, while the dining area in the great room seats 12 - 14, and the outdoor deck seats up to 20.

Extras, Pack n' Play, toddler bed, high-chair, toddler toys and playhouse, games and puzzles, 10 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach and pool toys, dog bed and bowls. Seven TV's - 65" Roku tv in 7th bedroom, 55" Roku tv in first floor master, 49" Roku tv in family room, 49" Roku tv in 2nd floor master, 40" in the 1st floor queen bedroom, and 32" Roku in the other 1st floor bedroom. Netflix and Amazon Prime movies are activated on all Roku tv's, full size pool table, 2 gas fireplaces, large gas grill, and market umbrellas for the deck.

Located just 5 blocks from the Pavilion amenities (indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground, exercise facilities and more), a stroll to the clubhouse with "Coastal Kitchen" restaurant and a half-block to the in-season beach shuttle.

To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests may enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. There is free parking for 5+vehicles and you must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Family Christmas Gathering

Positives of visit were: 1) kitchen while disorganized had lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils 2) the linen package was great 3) TVs & wifi were good 4) the house was acceptably cleanNegatives: 1) we stayed in this house in 2019 and it was tired and worn out then and our for 2024 stay it was REALLY tired and worn out! It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living room 4) the bed pillows are old and need to be replaced

Family Fun - Beach, Pool, Nice Setup with Some Minor Inconveniences

This place was great. The online description matches the house perfectly. We had a full house with a wide range of ages and everybody was happy. Lots of activities close by - beach, pool, golf, casino, ice cream, mini golf, boating, etc. Great AC in the house (thank goodness because it was a hot week in July!) Unfortunately over the course of just one week, a repair person had to come three times. The first time was to unclog the shower drain because the water was not flowing down. The second was to fix the broken garage door. The third was to fix the dishwasher that was broken the entire duration of our stay. The dishwasher broke the week before we got there and the part they ordered to fix it took a while to ship. They couldn’t get a handyman out until the Friday before we checked out on Sat. It was kind of awkward to have the repair guy there for 3 hours on Friday, but understandable they wanted to fix it before the next family came. Also, the ice machine on the fridge didn’t work. Anyway, besides having to hand wash all dishes, I think these were pretty minor. We had an amazing time and memories that will last a lifetime.

Family retreat

The house in Bare Traps was wonderfully spacious, well equipped kitchen, good beds and nice linens provided. We have stayed in BT many times and enjoy the many amenities of the area. A special feature we enjoyed was the screened in porch! It is great for morning coffee and nightly games!

Cheer Competition Weekend

A group of 17 of us stayed! From the moment we walked in- it was wonderful. Excellent communication, clean house with tons of room! Neighborhood was adorable! And only 25-30 min to the convention center. It was the perfect place for everyone to have a home away from home!

Wonderful long weekend

We truly enjoyed this house and our Bethany beach long weekend vacation! I was upset after trying to get an answer regarding the “beach accessories” available listed in the listing. I contacted the rental company multiple times hoping to have an answer to relieve us from having to lug all of our own beach chairs to DE, however I was told multiple times there is no way for us to know if they are provided or not. I also feel that for the cost of the rental there should be at least a few amenity passes included! To come with a large group for a long weekend and have to pay $50 per person to use the pool and Rec facility is a lot of additional money, would definitely be a nice addition to this listing!

Perfect Family House

We really enjoyed our stay, this house is perfect for large groups! The house was immaculate when we checked in, the kitchen was fully equipped and the furnishings were very comfortable and nice. The neighborhood is also lovely we enjoyed all of the amenities during our stay (the pool, recreation center and golf courses). I would highly recommend this property the only negative was the slow internet service we had difficulty accommodating everyone’s Wi-Fi connection throughout the week.

The key code that was sent to us did not work. Had to call and get the lock reprogrammed. Both the trash and recycle barrels were overflowing with smelly trash from previous guests. No place to put our trash. Kureg coffee maker is broken. Had to buy our own. Both propane tanks were empty. Gas grill was covered with grease. Grease pan was overflowing onto the ground. Went to use it, and a grease fire erupted before we put any food on it. The outdoor tables on the deck were not usable. Wax candles had melted and overflowed all over the tables. Master shower needs cleaning. Grout is mildewed and glass doors need cleaning.

Everything was very good, we had no problems no issues if we needed something housekeeping and maintenance with their in a timely manner solve the problem. Good for large group

We booked this house for a large extended family holiday vacation and it fit the bill perfectly. Enough bedrooms for the whole fam, big kitchen, plenty of seat/lounging areas. The house has a nice floor plan but the cathedral ceiling and loft setup means that the living room is essentially always on the other side of every bedroom door. Not a huge deal but something to consider if there are lots of loud youngsters or late partiers in your group. Great location. Super easy check in. Would recommend.

Beautiful Enjoyable Large property

The home was outstanding. It made our family stay extremely comfortable. We had enough space for us all to gather in one area and enough for a little time alone space. The neighborhood was beautiful for a walk and to enjoy a little golf. The staff was quickly responsive when we had a question. I would recommend this for any large group of family or friends!!!! The house was very spacious. Bathrooms were very nice, as well as the bedroom layouts. Was great that we didn’t need to bring beach toys or chairs as the owner supplied. We were here the week after a hurricane made landfall in North Carolina, so we were concerned about beach time. Was great to know that we could go to the indoor pool facilities if the weather didn’t cooperate. Nice neighborhood with nice neighbors! Would rent again if you would allow pets. Overall, we had a great time at a great family home!

Our Dream House

The house was exactly as described and my family enjoyed it very much. We had more than enough rooms and they enjoyed playing pool. However the children were disappointed that the cabinets next to the fire place were totally empty. They were used to having board games and puzzles in the houses we have rented before and this one had nothing..except 6 bunk beds for kids. The trash and recycle cans were totally full when we got there but were emptied upon us calling. The kitchen lacked a carrot peeler and instructions on how to use the microwave and televisions would have been more useful but all in all we had an amazing time celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with all our children and grandchildren and granddog. It's a shame they will no longer allow pets for 2019 we would have book again for next year.

Beautiful, spacious and feels like home.

Our ladies’ group enjoyed our weekend away at this home. It accommodated 15 ladies and was just beautiful. It is well maintained, has comfortable beds and plenty of places to sit and relax or ea5 together. We will be back next year!
