Awesome vacation home

We’ve stayed at homes in this development three times, and this home was by far the best—-impeccably furnished, very spacious, warm and welcoming with lots of unadvertised “extras.” Most importantly, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions throughout the rental process. It was a terrific vacation week, and this home and the homeowner were a big part of that.

Beautiful retreat!

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out or gather in the main living room to settle in for a movie. Everything you need was easily available with a few extra comforts thrown in as well. We did not take advantage of the club house as it was Feb, but the community itseld was lovely. We are already looking to returning for another reunion next year.

A beautiful house in a beautiful community. This is our second summer at this house and we continue to be impressed by the cleanliness, the spaciousness, and all the amenities that this house and this resort provide. Beautiful Home!

This was our third stay in the Bay Forest community. This house was definitely the best! The upstairs loft was so spacious for our kids to hang out. The adults and kids all loved the screened in porch. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items as well as a cabinet full of spices, oils, etc. There were beach and pool supplies in the garage as well. It was an easy and pleasant stay!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary golf cart. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with tons of amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The cozy outdoor patio and spacious living area made it feel like a true home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Fantastic week with family

This was a home away from home for me, my husband, and my son and his family of five. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, spacious, well-stocked, and comfortable. The neighborhood provided many fun opportunities. Our favorite was the lazy river at the clubhouse but we enjoyed the kayaks and the golf cart and walking trails as well. The screened in porch was where we spent our mornings talking and doing crafty things. Toni the owner was great to communicate with and responded promptly when we had a question or issue. I highly recommend this home!!

Amazing Vacation House

This house, located in Bay Forest, was amazing. Not only was it clean and spacious, but the layout of the bedrooms worked so well for our family. The house was equipped with everything you could ever need or want. Everything was labeled and well organized. The attention to detail..from phone chargers placed all around to beach equipment to games for kids and adults and on and on and on!! The highlight was the golf cart! We all enjoyed driving it around the resort. We also loved the amenities that Bay Forest provides. All in all it was one of the best vacations we've had! And the hosts were responsive and helpful!!

Great for Long Weekends

This is the second year we stayed at this property. The house was spacious yet cozy. It was very relaxing and had everything we needed, not to mention super clean. This year it rained so we couldn't enjoy the screened porch like we did last year. This year my husband and I went down with my Dad, and a couple of friends. The house is far enough away from town to feel somewhat secluded yet close enough to a winery and Bethany Beach. And the neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. I have stayed at many houses and this was by far my favorite one. Toni is the best host and available for any questions or concerns.

Relaxing and refreshing home for our vacation!

Home is just as gorgeous as the pictures are. Very spacious and comfortable for our family to spread out as well as spend time together in the living room playing games or the screened in porch while the kids played. Our hosts went above and beyond to arrange passes for the pool and tennis complex and had plenty of beach chairs and games for our convenience.

Great Stay!

Wow! What a fantastic home! From the moment we entered the front door, I felt like I was in my own home. Beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, and full of every thoughtful piece one could think of. Toni you was amazing. She answered all of my questions and helped to prepare us for our stay. The amenities in the home were fantastic. There were six adults and a three year old. We had plenty of room and communal space. We loved the screened in porch and fan and the living room. I had to work a few days and really enjoyed the top level as my work space. We have been coming to Bethany for over 20 years. We have Stayed in many beautiful and very nice homes, but this one is by far the best. We will be renting again next year. Thank you for a great experience.
