As a guest at "Turtle By The Sea," you will enjoy access to The Resort at OIB's oceanfront clubhouse, complete with private beach access, an oceanfront pool, a private bathroom, and a crab dock, all within a quick five-minute walk from the property.

The home is equipped with an elevator for easy access to every floor. Each spacious bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The King Ensuite on the first floor just had a complete renovation to include all new fixtures and a new tiled walk in shower! With generous living areas on both floors, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The open kitchen and living area on the second floor is the perfect spot for family dinners or movie nights after a day at the beach. Step outside to enjoy your large private pool (15' x 28') and outdoor shower that makes the backyard complete with lounge chairs for sunbathing and a propane grill to cook up your favorite meals. We've also made packing easy by providing all linens and bath towels, so you can focus on enjoying your vacation.

Our prime location offers convenient access to shopping and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. And for your beach days, we've included all the essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and toys, so you can enjoy effortless and fun-filled days by the ocean.

This home is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 pets. Pet approval and a $350 non-refundable pet fee will be required (+taxes/fees).

BEACH ACCESS: To reach the closest beach access, walk out of the driveway and turn right onto Sea Turtle Path. You will see the private beach access after just a few minutes' walk.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:

- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- No pets are allowed without prior written consent from Oasis Vacations.
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
