The Space:
As you step inside, you will experience the cosy and welcoming cottage atmosphere, with comfortable furnishings and two large living spaces where you and your family can relax and enjoy each other's company. At night, you can watch a movie while recharging for another exciting beach day.

This home has three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven people. The first and second bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third has a tri-bunk bed, ideal for children or teenagers. The linens are provided, and there are cute comforters that the kids will love. Each room has large windows, flooding the kitchen and dining area with natural light, while the bedrooms are privately enclosed with green foliage.

The newly updated kitchen features large counters with extra seating and a double-door refrigerator, perfect for accommodating larger groups wanting to self-cater. You'll also find a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, among other amenities, making meal preparation easy. When it's time to serve the food, there's a six-seat table next to the sun-drenched kitchen.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and ample storage for all belongings. High-quality towels and toiletries are included.

Head into the backyard to discover comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the garden and peaceful neighbourhood. Please note that this property does not have a barbecue.

Guest Access:
As a guest, you will have access to the entire home, linen, towels, washer, dryer and consumable amenities at no additional cost.

3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1x queen bed
5-7 guests - 3 rooms. 1x tri bunk bed

The Neighborhood:
Ocean Grove is a popular beach destination on the southern side of the Bellarine Peninsula. The coastal town attracts many visitors during the summer months due to its scenic beaches and pristine waters.

One of the notable beaches near this listing is Collendina, a secluded stretch located just 1.6km away. It's perfect for surfing or fishing, but swimming might not be suitable for younger children, depending on the conditions.

If you're looking for a family-friendly beach option, you should head to Ocean Grove Main Beach, the primary beach in the town. Not only does it offer breathtaking ocean views, but it's also a safe swimming spot, thanks to the surf patrol. This popular spot is perfect for families and offers numerous walking trails. You'll be happy to know that there's also free parking available.

This property is conveniently located near the Ocean Grove Marketplace on Shell Road, where you'll find Woolworths, BWS, and restaurants for takeaway.

If you travel approximately 2.5km towards the centre of town, you will come across 'The Terrace', the main street in Ocean Grove. The area has several popular cafes, including The Olive Pit, Driftwood and Kyosk Cafe. The Terrace is ideal for enjoying a meal at Blackman's Brewery, Chang Noi Thai, or the OG Bar. Alternatively, you can grab a takeaway feed from Ocean Grove Pizza & Pasta, Ocean View Fish & Chips and Ice Creamery, and enjoy the beautiful beachside sunset.

Getting Around:
Bus route 55 is accessible at the Canopus Rd & Sunset Strp stop 300m away.

**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
