Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on the ocean block of 39th St. Located on the ground floor, easy access for this garden condo. Condo features a kitchen, living area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a twin sleep sofa in the living area. Property comes with one parking spot.
An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This property does not have a washer and dryer in the condo, there is a shared building laundry facility.

Great Location But
It was small but good for two of us. Good location. The property needs updating. Needs a lot of cosmetic work. Outside furniture was rusty and dirty.

Needs Some Fixing Up
The location of this property is awesome! However the inside needs some fixing up. First I had to rearrange the very rusty, old porch furniture in order to make the entrance more appealing. The throw rug in the main area was dirty and worn out. We had a crawling infant with us and thank God we brought her play mat! The walls had empty nails everywhere. The windows had to be held up by wooden sticks if you wanted fresh air. The closets had the screws facing outward, so the pointy ends were facing out. This place has such potential if it was shown a little love and care! Not family friendly at all in its current condition. Better for college age kids that will never be home or not notice the ascetics!

Great location!
It was steps from the beach. We could take quick walks on the beach without having to pack a whole bag. Designated parking spot BEHIND the house with plenty of space and then there is free street parking in front of the property.

This property was a mess. The ceiling broke in the bathroom, there were exposed nails everywhere, trim with nails not hung in bedroom, a shelf fell, clothing left from previous occupants and sand all over the floor.

Tiny place with hazards
The place was decorated nicely but was incredibly small and there were numerous hazards and incomplete construction that made it difficult and less pleasant of a stay. The bathroom door didn’t close all of the way and didn’t latch because there was no strike plate. There was a two by four laying on the floor of the bathroom. The ceiling tile above the shower was not secure and constantly fell into the shower itself. The second bedroom door drags along the floor and makes a tremendously loud noise when opening and closing creating disruption at night There were wire shelves with sharp edges in the walkway from the kitchen to the bedroom hallway that were at head height as you navigated a corner with limited space that caused a laceration to one of the guests forehead. The same type of shelves were installed in the second bedroom along both sides of the bed also at shoulder and head height that made it impossible to walk upright to lie on the bed and made for a treacherous situation in the middle of the night If one had to use the restroom. There was wooden door/window trim with exposed nails in the second bedroom just propped in the corner. The parking lot is not marked despite there being a designated parking spot number. Other residents did not follow parking assignments and were double and triple parked making it difficult to get in and out. The outdoor shower was not operable. Space limitations were not maintained with 8 people in a two bedroom space meant to house 5 in the unit adjacent to us. Residents with dogs were not cleaning up after the pets and there were several incidents of stepping in dog feces in the parking lot. There were exposed wires adjacent to the door to the unit on the interior wall that appeared to have been from a doorbell that had been removed. Just overall felt that the unit was in mid repair with cosmetic improvements as a ‘bandaid’ to remedy physical and space issues
