Gorgeous, huge, modern condo overlooking the beach/ocean and boardwalk, at 2nd St.
This gorgeous 2800 square foot condo has a huge balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Master bedroom has expansive bay views. Everything is top of the line. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths , blow dryers in all baths, large living & sitting area, complete kitchen, top of the line electronics package including 4 flat screen TV's. All TV's have game hook ups. Enjoy a Dippin' Dots downstairs. There are 2 assigned parking spots for the condo in a 1 block proximity. Property is non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 13. Please note - the owner does provide a linen package with sheets and towels. Guest will need to supply detergents, soaps and paper products.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
