The check-in process could be more informative. We had to stop in for the pool access code, the Wi-Fi code etc.We enjoyed the location and easy access on foot. The room did smell of cigarette smoke but due to the weather we were able to keep the balcony door open for fresh air. Our dog loved lounging on the balcony over looking the bay.

Great location, Amazing sunset with a few caveats

We had a family emergency so we weren't able to get to the property till 9:30 p.m. our check-in day. The check-in was relatively seamless, I really did not like the 5:00 p.m. check-in and 10:00 a.m. check out I don't recall that being on the original listing. The facilities were clean and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location is right next to Jolly Rodger amusement park water park and go kart Park which is great if you have little ones. You're right on the bay so the sunsets were second to none, the pool was relatively clean comfortable and served its purpose. The beds were very comfortable and seem to be of higher quality along with plenty of pillows which is great. The carpets in our unit seemed a little on the seasoned side but overall were presentable. The TV in the master bedroom was extremely finicky and worked when it wanted to not a big deal but just worth mentioning. We did have some issues with the sliding door not locking I mentioned it to management and they sent a service tech to adjust it and fix it within 2 hours of reporting it. We also noticed that the master bath GFI did not work not a big issue. The biggest complaint I have was no cleaning supplies whatsoever in the unit. We travel a lot and typically do rental units like this and cleaning supplies are always provided even the basic ones. We are very clean people with two small children and ultimately had to buy our own cleaning supplies. Overall it's a great place.

Bay Club is truly a hidden OC gem!

As owners of a timeshare with this property, we decided to come at a different time. We love the property and the surrounding amenities. The view is stunning for sunsets. We loved seeing what one looks like as a privately owned unit. Small updates like upgraded and larger beds and shower heads made a big difference! We LOVED it! Highly recommend.
