Just off the kitchen is a large separate formal dining room with seating for 6 that leads to a 15'x30' outdoor wood deck, equipped with a large smoker/grill, outdoor dining table and lounge seating surrounded by bistro lighting for enjoying a nice glass of wine and entertaining your guest late into the evenings. Want to enjoy a movie? Step into the relaxing family room where you can watch a movie or your favorite sports game on our 75" smart tv, accompanied by the warm light of our cozy electric fireplace on those colder evenings. Home sits on 5 fully fenced acres, however guest will only have access to the 1 private and fully fenced acre that the home sits on, with its own private gated entry and exit. The remaining acreage around the home houses horses. You are welcome to look and enjoy their beautiful presence but please do not feed or touch the horses. Gorgeous tall oaks provide shade, peace and serenity. Fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows and sipping hot cocoa on those cooler evenings when you just want to enjoy natures beauty.

▸Extra guests - This space comfortably accommodates 9 guests. Extra guest is not allowed without prior approval from owner.
▸When booking and/or cancelling your stay, you hereby agree to not write a bad review without first making us aware of any issues that you are having and allowing us address concerns or to fix the issue(s).
▸ Pets considered with prior approval and a nonrefundable $150 pet fee. Please advise of the breed, size and age for consideration. Guest must comply with our pet rules or additional fees may apply.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
▸Trash disposal method: Trash pick-up Tuesday and Friday (must be out by the curve the night before and no more than three completely closed trash cans which are provided for your use).
▸ Guest has exclusive use of the 1 acre that the home sits on. The 1 acre is fully fenced with its own private entrance and exit. The surrounding 4 acres that belong to us are currently used to house horses and that property is not accessible to guest. You are welcome to look at the animals but please do not touch or feed.
▸1 Dog up to 30lbs allowed inside the home with a NON-REFUNDABLE pet deodorizing fee of $150.00. This includes emotional support animals.
- Pet must be approved. Please send bread, weight, and age information.
- Pet is not allowed in carpeted bedrooms.
- Fee will be waived for official service animals, however we ask that if you are traveling with a service animal that you have the courtesy to advise that you will be traveling with your service companion.
