First off the place is lovely and the host (Beatriz) is absolutely wonderful! The description of the home was exactly what I was looking for and it met all of my needs for working remotely and traveling with my pup. The backyard is unbelievably spacious and fully enclosed fencing allowing my pup plenty of space to run and play with little concerns for her escaping the yard. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the extras for creating a home cooked meal, not to mention an awesome blender for creating some homemade margaritas :-) One thing I really appreciated was all the space provided in the kitchen for storing grocery items, plenty of counter space and huge refrigerator that features an ice/water dispenser on the door. Also, the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast, just as she mentioned in the property description.I do have to be honest there was an incident that involved the septic system getting backed up (over filled) because of excessive baby wipes from one of the previous renters. I contacted the owner immediately upon noticing and she quickly worked to have the issue resolved, and she even offered to pay for a hotel room for that night. I appreciated her offer but kindly declined as she was able to have the system emptied and cleaned by the following morning. Obviously, this is completely out of her control, I'm happy I noticed it much sooner before it became a bigger problem.If ever in Ocala, FL definitely check out this property, you won't be disappointed.
