Floor of the small complex a cozy fully furnished 48-sqm apartment with east-facing balcony (morning / midday sun) and overlooking a lush mountain meadow.
In detail: 1 cozy living room with sofa bed, dining area and TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (pushed together), new bathroom with shower and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fondue and raclette for cozy evenings.
For comfort and wellness: Elevator, indoor swimming pool 7x10 meters (free) and sauna (for a fee, 1 hour 2 euros), bike / ski storage and car parking space outdoors. The swimming pool is from 05. November until the 15th Closed in December.
For hikers and onlookers: from May to November 2019 you can use one of the mountain railways in Oberstdorf and the nearby Kleinwalsertal free of charge per day.
