Don’t include breakfast on price bad service and limited. Hotel in general needs to be cleaned and maintained. We had problems with showers faucets broken we reported and were not fixed, we had to request another room that also had problems with hot water didn’t last and took cold showers. We reported. I won’t go back. Checking and Checkout was fast. Clerks were nice.

Ruido en la noche de los aires acondicionados y el agua caliente va y viene, pero el hotel es muy bonito, perfectamente ubicado, muy cerca del mercado y de la plaza principal. Encontrar estacionamiento no es tan difícil, ya sea de pago o a un par de calles. La zona es segura.

On the good side, the hotel is in a good location and is clean. However the water did not seemed clean, coffee maker did not worked, restaurant service was slow, you often end up eating cold food by the time they bring you the rest of your meal. But by far the most important and negative item was the bed, the mattress was extremely hard, we woke up with back pain almost every morning. We were not the only ones, we heard other guests complained about the mattress been hard and having back pain.

El hotel precio-calidad es muy malo. Baño con humedad, la actitud de la señora en recepcion pésima. El cobro del hotel era en el momento del check-in y lo hicieron 2 meses antes. Escribí para que indicaran el porque y nunca contestaron.

I felt the staff was not concerned at all about my stay. There was only one staff member, the waiter for the restaurant, who would ever greet me before I greeted him otherwise staff ignored me unless I said hola or Buenos Dias. It’s true, I should’ve been willing to try to speak more Spanish, obviously. But if they’re in the tourist business and they ignore tourist needs, I don’t think that speaks very well of them
