This hotel should not be a part of Marriott. The hotel staff can not speak one word of .English. A lady at the front desk could not find the hotel on a map, she didn’t know the name of the street!!!!!!! The hotel was clean, but that is the only positive thing I can say about it. The people in town call it the “Yellow Hotel”. Very, very expensive, NO services, no shuttle to or from the airport . This can NOT be a MARRIOTT!!!!

Breakfast not enough healthy options. Room not supplied properly. Needs up grading only one ice machine which was broken, old coffee machine that work super slow , so called gym very tiny with 3 treadmills which is silly since you are walking everywhere . Very disappointing specially when it carries the Marriott name

The staff was very friendly. The only problems were that the shower curtain was too short which didn’t keep the water inside the shower and the hair dryer/electrical outlet was not working.

The front desk manager was extremly rude and unaccomodating when I asked for a late check out the day before I needed to check out. It turned out that it was not necessary, but a very unpleasant experience.

The hotel location shown on the Hotels.com map is not accurate! It’s about a mile west….. which was a bummer because I picked it based on proximity to the bus station (it’s not). Clean enough, basic, charmless, elevator, coffee machine made surprisingly good coffee.

The breakfast was good & it was a hot breakfast daily. They had drinking bottled water to refill our water bottle in the dining room & the tons we're very clean. They didn't have face towels & only 1 hand towel per room. When I asked for a 2nd towel, I was told only 1 per room!?! 😳 "What?" Front desk said they'd ask & get me one. Didn't get one.... bottom line, had to ask 3x & get it from the front desk. The next day after housekeeping, it was gone! I didn't try to get another one! Too much hassle!

de entrada los teléfonos no servían, ni la plancha, ice machine y el mini fridge no enfríava lo suficiente :{ la verdad es muy incomodo estar ahí por la ubicación para estacionarse todavía le hacen mucho show cuando uno llega no te dejan estacionar donde a uno se le haga mas fácil ya que traiamos a mi hijo de un 1 año. muchísimo ruido con música y platica como si tuvieran fiesta y los de front des no hicieron nada al respecto y eso que tuve que bajar 2 veces a las 11 y 2 am la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada. LOS EMPLEADOS DE LIMPIEZA Y DE COCINA ES LO UNICO BUENO QUE TIENE ESTE HOTEL
