Beautiful and cozy 2 bedroom cottage located on a private 1 acre lot with over 200 feet of frontage on Mill Stream which leads into Great Pond. Just a short 10 minute stroll to the Village where you will find fun shops, great dining, and Day's Store which has all that you need for your stay! Totally rebuilt in 2025, this gorgeous post and beam cottage has 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, a marble farm sink and marble countertops, Viking stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, open kitchen/living room with sliders to private deck looking out on the property and waterfront. Kayak, boat, swim or fish off your private dock and boathouse, or head on out on Great Pond for a day of adventure. Award winning Belgrade Lakes Golf Club designed by British architect Clive Clark is just minutes away! Be sure to watch the video of the interior of the cottage!!

I’ll start this review by saying I’m already looking forward to booking my next stay at Katherine’s cottage. While the listing photos are beautiful, the attention to detail I found while staying was even more than I expected. This home is beautiful and spotless. The beds are so comfortable. The open first floor is both super cozy and beautifully arranged. The home’s decor is curated and completely uncluttered. It’s so nice to have space to store my luggage since I am a chronic over packer! I love not having to live out of my suitcase. I felt so at home the entire time. And that’s just the inside. The spacious deck has privacy from the neighboring property while offering an unobstructed view of the water. It was still too cold to enjoy dining outdoors, but we did utilize the Weber gas grill and also walked down to the water with our coffees and sat in the rocking chairs to enjoy the stream that feeds into Great Pond. We’ve already booked our next stay, looking forward to taking the kayaks out this summer!!!
