If there is anything in this list that you need but we don`t have it listed, please ask and we might have it or we can get it!

You will have access to the entire space. Please note that we do have a locked up closet for our own personal supplies.

We`re available upon request, but we prefer to give guests their space.

Guests reserved for 14 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

Early Check-in/Late Check Out may be available - This will depend on a few factor. Please ask us for details. Charges may apply.

Please remember that you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Deposits may be required.

Want to bring your pet? Ask the host for details. Sorry, cats are not allowed due to allergies. Note that there is an additional charge of 75$ per pet/per stay for your dog. Guests must pick up their own dogs waste, we will provide poop bags. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you out of your damage deposit.

Please understand that we are near open fields, wooded areas, and water. It is not uncommon to see a variety of insects and wildlife in and around the cottage (especially when there are lights to be attracted to). We are extremely lucky to have an incredible variety of Mother Nature’s most amazing creatures, desirable and less desirable.

Please note, photos of the property may slightly differ from what is included in the listing. This is typically due to any upgrades, enhancements or for maintenance.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. Deposits may be required for guests, up to $500.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. No usage of illegal substances.
5. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
6. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is $50.00/hr.
7. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
8. Pets are allowed at $75 per pet per stay. Guests must pick up their own dogs waste, we will provide poop bags.
9. Garbage goes in garbage cans, cardboard in black box and plastic recycling in blue bin.
10. Guests must disclose the reason for their stay and how many people will be with them.
11. Primary guest must provide government issued ID.

If any house rules are broken, there may be a charge of up to $500.
