I did question a front desk agent because a child was running around above me on the 2nd floor. He gave me attitude when he said he is one floor above you and one room away (this child). I mentioned if that is the case then this child is making more noise than I believed. He provided me with ear plugs.

I called and asked if I book a room under my name if my family can just show up and check in with out me. They said yes so I booked only to have them have to rebook and pay again because they changed there mind saying I wasn’t there so they couldn’t check them in. So my family had to pay agin for 2 rooms because of this false information and the rooms I paid for went unused with no refund or anything.

The Location was Idea for me. Room was mostly clean (there was a wet spot on the carpet). I wanted a non-smoking room, they say it was a non-smoking but it still had an odd smell about it.... I said it was like it was from the ventilation system and they did acknowledge that the next room was a smoking room. they did move me to the next room over which was much better. When I checked out (early morning 12/27) at about 5am I was checking out when a man drove up from the direction of the back of the parking lot. he started to speak roughly at the desk man about the female security guard. he said he would complain and about the security guard and desk man. (I doubt he would) he said he was going to check in there but said now he won't. My take is that if he was going to stay there he would have parked next to the office and walk in but seems he drove to the back of the parking lot... anyway, just saying. Desk man was not at fault of anything. the security guard came in also and I heard her speaking to the desk man, Didn't sound like she was at fault. just saying. Oh, one other desk woman did not know how much it would cost to take a taxi to the airport and she told me she did not know the phone number for them. It seems that would be something they would know.

Staff - great. Property itself - not so much.

Pros: Staff.
Cons: Cleaned up.
First and foremost, the staff was outstanding. 6 out of 5 stars for sure. That said, the property itself was a little disappointing. All around pretty dirty and somewhat rundown, not really what I expected from a BW Plus.
