Very comfortable and quiet
The property was well cared for, roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the outdoor lighting that activated when we drove back to the home in the dark. The master bedroom (and bed) were particularly comfortable, as was the main room furniture.
I have two complaints, however:
1. The main bathroom tub/shower floor is far too slippery for safety. I am in my late 50s, but fit and active, so I'm not (yet) decrepit and frail, but I would be very concerned if I had mobility issues or difficulty with balance.
2. The internet was essentially unusable, despite several reboots of the WiFi access point/router. I know the description of the property includes commentary regarding spotty or unreliable access, but it was so bad that we were essentially limited to using cellular networks during our stay.

Great property
I rented the house for my father, brother and me on a trip to Yosemite. The house was spotless, the heating worked perfect, and it was just as described. Kitchen and bath nicely updated. The only issue is that the internet performance is poor, but that is more likely a function of the mountain location than anything else.
