The home had a extensive amount of differed maintenance, Water / condensation dripping out of vents directly over the kitchen prep area, Floor tiles broken or pulled up in multiple locations, pool tile and grout had damage and being a pool owner myself I would say years of neglect the gout was missing in multiple areas as was half dozen tiles. This happens over years. Some deck boards were loose pool fence had displaced pickets which would not meet occupancy standards. Location 100%. Management company was great and responded. But the amount of of differed maintenance doesn’t happen over weeks or even one season. So i can’t say it was even close to worth the amount they charged if this was a regular home for rent you would call it ghetto because of the peeling paint and floor tiles loose But location was great
