This is a 5 star view with a 1 star house. The communication with the property manager (better beach rentals) was horrible. They ignored me multiple times about the AC not working. It was between 79 and 83 in the house the whole trip. My aged mother got sick from the heat and couldnt catch a break except in the car AC. It smelled of mold and mildew and we found ants and roaches in the house. The dishwasher will run for 8 hours straight and not clean the dishes. Thats another issue we were ignored for. So many issues with the place and they responded one time to me. I will never rent a place with this company again. The beach is fantastic and the views were beautiful, but this house and the property manager were dirty and disrespectful.
