Start your day with a cup of coffee and a book on the screened-in front porch with bistro lighting, furnished with outdoor seating. There's a comfortable conversation area as well as a large table for outdoor dining and a porch swing.

Only three quarters of a mile away from the beach, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers a relaxing, quiet vacation spot in a largely residential section of the island.

Spend quality time with your group in the living room equipped with a 55-inch flat screen smart TV centered in front of a comfy L-shaped couch suited to hold the whole family. Or settle down with one of the many books, board games or puzzles for your enjoyment. Despite feeling disconnected from the world due to the quiet surroundings, you won't be thanks to wireless internet access throughout the whole home.

Fire up the gas grill while your canine companion plays in the fenced-in backyard or test your culinary skills in the kitchen, which is outfitted stainless-steel appliances. There is also plenty of equipment to use during your trips to the beach or while enjoying the backyard, including six beach chairs and an umbrella, adult and children's beach games, a bag game and a backyard hockey game.

This older home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the oceanfront. The front porch was a perfect place to sit and enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen was stocked with all the essential gadgets and appliances. There was an abundance of seating in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and all sheets and towels were shrink wrapped to assure their cleanliness. There were some minor repairs that could be addressed as well as the vinyl flooring.

Lovely beds, very nice area, close to the shops n beach..Had a good time w friend and family..thought the place was a little run down..some bubbling on the floor in bathrooms that wasn't there the year before, last night found a Cockroach in the silverware drawer..that I didn't like, and the owners showed up, which I also didn't like and found very weird and awkward..the chairs on the porch are looking shabby..compared to the first time we stayed there.. beautiful place..Should get an exterminator in there before there is a total infestation..and tell the owners to stay home noone wants to meet them..what's the point in that..? It was so awkward the whole time they stood outside of the porch talking..Get an exterminator because no ones going to want to have roaches in the beach home they rent for 3thousand dollars a week.

Great Place

This property was an older house but had been remodeled and updated. Great appliances, very open family room and kitchen. But the best part of the house was that porch. It was wonderful.
