The kitchen boasts granite countertops, modern Shaker-style cabinets, a spacious side-by-side refrigerator, a Kitchen Aid chef's range, and a great view of the ocean from the kitchen sink. The Master bedroom features a private deck and a master bathroom with a 5-foot tiled shower. Ceiling fans and tiled floors. Three flat-screen TVs with basic cable, DVR and DVD player in the living room, high-speed internet. USB plugs throughout the home make charging portable devices a breeze. Covered ocean view porch with rocker, charcoal grill. Diagonally across from beach access. Changes made in 2019. Allegra is convenient to local activities, shops, and restaurants, as well as the bridge leading to historic Southport and its numerous shops and historic points of interest.
