Downstairs are three bedrooms, including a large king master with walk-in closet and dual rain showerheads, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with one full over full bunk and one twin over twin bunk. Enjoy the fresh ocean views and breezes from one of the four large porches (2 front ocean view and 2 rear ocean-view). There is a hot tub on the lower deck for your enjoyment. There are gas and charcoal grills, as well as a large fenced backyard for the kids to play. Walk up the street to mini-golf, ice cream, fresh seafood, and restaurants. Only one block from the grocery store and other shops. Easy beach access is only 200 yards away.

Really nice house. Changes afoot.

Nice house, did not realize that it has just been listed and is for sale. (Lockbox on front door.) Also, new home under construction in back years will severely restrict, if not eliminate ocean-view.
