This luxurious three-level condo at Quail Run has been reimagined and renovated by a well-known Island architect. It features a nice design and beach-inspired styling throughout, including a large deck with outdoor Dining and Living Areas,

The light-filled first floor features a modern layout with open Living Area, Dining Area, and Gourmet Kitchen that wrap around the large outdoor deck. Sliding doors open throughout the space to the deck which has an outdoor Living Area with sofa and table, a Dining Area, and a grilling area.

Back inside, the two main Bedrooms are on the second floor, where they share a full Bath. Stairs lead to up to a third floor loft for an additional sleeping space.

Renters enjoy use of the Quail Run lifestyle amenities, including the nearby pickleball/tennis courts, as well as access to the association dock and water access onto Sengekontacket Pond. The still waters of the Pond are great for kayaking and paddleboarding.
