Not very clean

The property is very plain. Not so great location. The hotel needs overall maintenance. Not too clean. There was a centipede in my room, which are usually present with dirtiness

A fantastic hotel - great hospitality

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We loved our stay here. The room was lovely (clean, comfortable and spacious) and we had a nice view (worth paying a bit extra for). The staff (Monica in particular) were very friendly and hospitable. There is free tea/coffee all day and the breakfast spread is amazing including freshly squeezed orange juice.

Friendly welcoming, and all staff have been so. All the amenities were functional. Daily small fresh water bottle FOC provided, ready in the small fridge to drink. 24 hr coffee & tea FOC available in the relaxation cafeteria. Location is very good.

The hotel is well located and our host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was renovated some years ago in a very industrial style that has not aged well and is not very welcoming. The breakfast served was average though our host worked very hard to make it the best possible.

The hotel design and style is very pleasing to the eye. I really liked the concept. Hotel is well located 10 minutes away from the cathedral. Unfortunately there no noise insulation between rooms, the hall and stair case produced dreadful echo. There is a lovely small patio where unfortunately smoking is allowed ... we were awoken during the night on two successive nights with the room flooded with smoke smell!! Not pleasant at all. Last but not least the lightning is very ‘ambience’ but not good for make up or shaving! What can I say, I would not choose this hotel again. I am sorry.
