Staff were beautiful, so kind and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Beach was dirty and not inviting at all, rubbish floating in the sea and washing up on private beach. If your a non smoker this is the pool area and restaurants for you, No smoking in pool area or restaurant even outside patio is non smoking. Hotel could do with some entertainment at least a couple of evenings a week

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are so lovely, warm and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was delicious, our rooms were clean, and the pool area was so well kept and inviting. Location was great, we found a few really good places to eat. Our only negative was how filthy the beaches are, really gross, so much plastic and rubbish. I was last in this region 8 years ago and it was dissapointing to see nothing had changed. The hotel though, 10 out of 10

Lovely attentive staff, beautiful hotel with freshly renovated pool. We loved our stay here. Particularly loved the Japanese and Italian restaurants within the hotel. Rooms are quite tired and could use a refresh, but the beds were so comfortable. Slept like a log every night! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you fir making our family holiday so memorable.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and it won’t be the last. Whilst it might not be the flashiest hotel, it is perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. The staff are always so kind and friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The pool is great with plenty of sun beds and a great little swim up pool bar. I’ll be back for sure.

When I booked the hotel I had no idea about the pool situation. When we arrived they informed us that the pool will be under reconstruction, it’s a little disappointing. The staff were amazing, the hotel got 3 restaurants, spa, and gym. The Japanese restaurant was clean, and the food was above and beyond.

Nice resort with surprisingly good restaurants. Great location with some great local restaurants within easy walking distance. Friendly staff. Pool needs some maintenance, which we were advised will happen in Jan 2025. Beach access was lovely. Overall a nice 4Star resort.

They first offered us a basement room which was terrible and like we were in a cave. After several requests they gave us a main floor room which was ok. Sink was not draining so maintenance people came to room and removed bunch of hair stuck in the sink which could have been done before giving room to us. The experience we got was really not worth for money we paid.

Staff and overall stay was lovely. I was a little upset that my door jammed locked and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and they didn’t offer much empathy and no compensation, but I understand they don’t have to do that. The AC didn’t ever go below 22 celcius which won’t be pleasant for those that like it cold at night. Very nice toiletries and bathrooms. Pool area is gorgeous and the bar food and drinks were great. LOTS of food options at this resort and nearby. Even for those picky eaters.
