Comfortable and spacious stay.

There was plenty of room for everyone, with 4 bedrooms from which to select. Two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy. Sabine made sure we got settled, and she even supplied private secured parking for our stay during the week. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Spacious apt in the old city

This apt fit our needs very well for our group of 8 adults. The host was very easy to communicate with, especially when we had parking questions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Laundry in the unit was a real plus. The neighborhood seemed to be safe (we had no issues). There is some street noise if you have the windows open at night. Everything in the old city and the train station was easily accessible by walking. I highly recommend this unit for large groups.

Great location in Old Town Nuremberg. Communication with listing agent was excellent

The apartment was very nice and well appointed. It is in the old city and easy walking to everything. including the subway station which is a two minute walk. The apartment was ready when we arrived but we were informed that one of the toilets was not in working order. Things happen. We worked closely with the listing manager and she (Sabine) was more then wonderful. She opened up another apartment (one of her own on the next floor) and gave us full reign of both for our use. I can't thank her enough for her help and on-site visit when we had the issue. There are lots of restaurants nearby and easy to reach one day trips by train and tram. We went to Bamberg and Furth (Festival). We had a lovely time. Thank you, Sabine!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jedes Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und es gab für jede Person ausreichend farblich unterschiedliche Handtücher.Es war sehr warm in der Wohnung, doch die Klimageräte haben etwas Abhilfe geschaffen, denn die Fenster konnten wir auf Grund der Lautstärke, die von der Straße bis weit nach Mitternacht heraufdrang und des intensiven Geruchs, vom Döner Restaurant, nicht öffnen.

ideales Appartement für Familien und Geburtsfeier

Sauberes, großzügiges Appartement mit viel Platz zum zusammen sein (Wohnzimmer und Küche) als auch ruhige Schlafzimmer. Kind hat hinten gut geschlafen auch wenn in der Küche gegessen und sich unterhalten wurde. Ideal um Nürnberg zu erkunden. Dönerbude riecht man im Flur und wenn man lüftet schon. Traumwohnung, aber zentrale Lage hat auch Nachteile

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, luxuriöses Bad, schöne Küche. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Grillabend. Es darf aber auch nicht verschwiegen werden, dass am Freitag und Samstag praktisch die ganze Nacht durch auf der Straße gefeiert wurde. Die Fenster sind zwar gut und dicht, aber auch das hat nicht ausgereicht, um den Lärm abzuhalten. Auch wenn sich die Wohnung im zweiten Stock befindet, hatte man beim Öffnen der Fenster immer einen leichten Dönergeruch im Zimmer. Die Nähe zu U-Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fußgängerzone ist andererseits natürlich genial.

Grandiose Wohnung, tolle Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super! Vier separate Schlafzimmer, eine top-ausgestattete Küche, eine schöne Terrasse zum grillen (Gasgrill vorhanden), Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa und riesigem Fernseher ein kleines Gästebad mit Dusche und WC und als Highlight ein zweites großes Badezimmer, welches man eher als Wellness-Oase bezeichnen müsste. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war super und mega-freundlich. Wenn man unbedingt ein Haar in der Suppe suchen müsste, wäre es vermutlich der permanente Geruch aus dem türkischen Lokal welches sich im Erdgeschoss befindet und gefühlt 24/7 offen hat. Ansonsten alles bestens und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Wir haben für eine Familienreise (5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) eine Unterkunft gesucht, wo wir alle Platz haben und die Entfernung zu unserem Ziel, dem Playmobil Fun Park, überschaubar ist. Diese Anforderungen wurden in vollem Umfang erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, bietet eine Küche, in der alle gemeinsam essen konnten und einen riesigen Balkon. Sehr schöne große und geräumige Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet. Man ist mitten In der Stadt und kann fussläufig alles erreichen. perfekte wohnung im zentrum

Wohnung war wie beschrieben. es gab nichts zu beanstanden. kontakt zum vermieter war unkompliziert und angenehm. die übergabe der Wohnung ebenso. wir konnten schon 3 stunden vor der eigentlichen zeit einziehen. die küche war komplett eingerichtet. es gab sogar für jeden ein kaltes bier und kapseln für die nespresso Maschine waren auch vorhanden. wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen. nochmals danke an den vermieter .
