Wow! Where to start? First I want to say that this is the largest shower that we had during our entire stay in Germany and Austria, it was nice to be able to wash my knees without kicking the faucet or the shower door open! The discount pass for parking was a nice touch! The hotel is right in the middle of everything in Old Town, and even though it's noisy outside if you close the windows the hotel room is super quiet. The beds were very comfortable, the extra pillows were helpful and the new strong fan in the room definitely added to the comfort. Our specific room had little cubbies next to the bed with a place to plug in a charger and lay your phone and a water bottle.. What a great idea that was! To top things off, the morning breakfast was reasonably priced and had a great selection of hot sausages and eggs in addition to meats, cheeses, and fresh juice and fruit!

Inside the old town of Nuremberg

Very convenient stay near the train station. No air conditioning but the weateher wasn't too warm. Very nice people on staff, booked us for a second night after we arrived. Great breakfast.

Nice Hotel, walking distance to many things.

The hotel was close to the train station which is what I was looking for. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. They had a nice breakfast buffet. It was also close enough to old town to walk it. There were also several restaurants nearby. The only complaint I have is there was a large picture on the wall at the head of the bed, so you couldn't lean back and watch TV.

We loved our stay at the Privat Hotel. The location is fantastic as you are in the heart of everything and it is only a few minutes from the Hauptbahnhof (train central). The only thing to note, and this is not a complaint, just worth mentioning for guests who may not have the ability to carry their bag upstairs. The lift goes to the 3rd floor, where reception is, and if your room is on the fourth level or higher, you need to carry your luggage up that last one or more flights. You could possibly request to have a room on level 3 or lower. Also the breakfast was extremely good value. We will be back :-)

Our room at this hotel was very spacious, clean and bathroom was modern and updated. Hotel has a hip, artsy vibe. Friendly, helpful front desk. Nice breakfast buffet. Location would be difficult to beat—walkable to train station, all the shopping you could want, main Christmas market. Tons of desirable eating options, whatever you are looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet and clean room, great breakfast selections, right at the edge of Old Town Nuremberg. Easy walk from Bahnhof station. We took the U2 from the airport to get here. Elevator small but works great if you have heavy luggage or knee issues.
