Totally awesome.

Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. I like how art pieces are in your room as well as in the hallways. If I were a chef I would have taken advantage of the the complete kitchen.

WĂŒrden wir ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wir haben bei der Ankunft auch bereits um 12:30 Uhr einchecken können, obwohl offizieller Check-In erst ab 15:30 Uhr wĂ€re. Das war super zuvorkommend und hat uns viel Zeit erspart. Wirklich top.

Camera ampia dotata di tutti i comfort, soprattutto la cucina. Un piccolo separet dalla "zona" notte sarebbe stato apprezzabile. Purtroppo l'aria condizionata non funzionava ne come aria fredda ne come aria calda. La zona Ăš tranquilla ed Ăš possibile trovare parcheggio gratuito piĂč o meno facilmente nelle ore pomeridiane, altrimenti a pagament durante tutto il giorno. Ottima pulizia dei locali. Reception con orario limitato, ma Ăš comunque un "residence" e non un hotel quindi puĂČ starci.

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s tard, aprĂšs la fermeture de la rĂ©ception. Nous avons reçu par whastapp toutes les informations pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer notre appart le jour mĂȘme. Tous s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©. Ça manque d’un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine mais rien d’insurmontable.

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans l’hĂ©bergement Residence Grandi Magazzini avec balcon. ArrivĂ©s sur place, on nous explique agressivement que nous devons sĂ©journer dans un autre hĂ©bergement sans explication. On se retrouve sans balcon, avec vu sur des groupes de climatisation, trĂšs bruyant. Nous ne pouvons mĂȘme pas ouvrir la fenĂȘtre. De plus, ils nous fournissent un balais cassĂ©, la douche fuit, la haute aspirante non fonctionnelle et des fourmis partout dans l’appartement. Sans parler de l’odeur de renfermĂ©, masquĂ© par un parfum de vanille. Certaines femmes de mĂ©nages bĂącle le travail. A Ă©viter !!
