Amazing Property

The condo and property were amazing. We had everything we needed in the unit and both the beachfront and roof top pools were great to spend the days

Beautiful Condo and Building

We had a fantastic stay at the Maritima property. The suite was clean, beautifully appointed and fully functional. Our owner/host Sergio met us personally and was very responsive to our needs. The pools and gym were beautiful and clean. The only thing that I could mention as a negative is that parts of building are still under construction and it was a bit noisy sometimes. Very safe area, private beach and groceries a 5 minute cab ride away. The pictures are true likeness as shown on VRBO site.

Be aware

We did not realize that this property was under construction . Very dusty and dirty on property . One day no water for 10 hours during the day the next day no water for 5 hours. Another day no electricity . Main floor pool was being retiled so very dusty . Tried to use rooftop pools instead with our Grandchildren age 8 and 1 1/2 and were told by security that we couldn’t be upstairs with kids . There was 1 other couple on the rooftop and us . Most is the time we went up to roof no one was using it ! One day a sheet of glass fell from the roof to the ground outside our balcony and shattered . Thank God no one was injured .
