Disappointment

Host was fine however disappointed. Overcharged relative to other renters. As much as 2 times others for similarunits. Endless dogs barking. Unreliable utilities & limited household requirements such dishes, tea towels, etc., dangerous staircase, cheap furnishings etc. etc.,

Fantastic host

When we arrived we were greeted by our host. There was a small problem that was being handled quickly. Once resolved our stay was very comfortable. The propywas exactly as advertised. Grocery stores nearby, one easily walkable. Many restaurant options. Puerto Vallarta Malecón and Bucerias only a short Uber drive away. We felt extremely safe throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves one day.

3 month El Roble experience!

I had an excellent stay at the VRBO property, El Roble thanks to Marco, the property manager. Marco's attentiveness to my needs, prompt fixing of any issues, and helpful, kind demeanor truly enhanced my experience. The location and residence lived up to their five-star rating, providing everything promised and more. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I highly recommend it to others.

Nuevo Vallarta retreat

Marco was amazing. He welcomed us and was always quick to aswer any questions that we had. The condo was within easy distance to grab a taxi or we found within easy walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. The Oak House was most comfortable and certainly met our needs.

Highly recommend this beautiful home. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Home is very well located. We rented a car so, it was a quick drive to many beautiful beaches. I look forward to staying here again.

Location, Secure, Awesome Host

Everything was as described and the host, Marco, was amazing. He met me thereafter checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. There is gated security which was a pain at first during check-in, but I came to appreciate it knowing I was in a gated community and they don’t let anyone in without explicit permission- VERY STRICT. If you don’t tell them you’re expecting Uber eats, or uber, they’re not getting in. If you don’t mind walking a kilometer or two into the local neighborhood you will find everything you need. From bars, restaurants and beauty stores, to pharmacies, car dealerships, ice cream, grocery stores, etc. location location location. 5-10 min ride to the beach, 15 min to malecon, 45ish min to Sayulita. The neighbors were so polite but kept to themselves. Night time was quiet and although we didn’t use the pool, it appeared nice when I walked by. I will definitely be coming back!

Wow, what a place!

I would highly recommend this property. Photos are 100% accurate. The host was truly amazing doing above and beyond. The community was very clean, safe and everyone is so friendly. There is a grocery store a very short walk away and amazing places to visit just a short Uber away. It was difficult to leave and will definitely be back. Thank you so much. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!
