Sleeping arrangements

This single level condo accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 baths. The layout offers room to gather and space to recharge, whether you are traveling with family or friends. Cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage help you settle in after a day outdoors. A paid crib is available for little ones. With no stairs inside the home and elevator access in the building, moving throughout the property is simple and convenient.



Outdoor living & resort access

Located waterfront with shared beach access, the shoreline is always within easy reach. Spend the day by the outdoor pool, ease into the shared hot tub, or keep up your routine in the shared gym in building, which includes exercise equipment such as an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench. Bikes are available for exploring the surrounding area at your own pace. Back at the condo, your private patio or balcony offers space for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the tropical air.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides space where guests can cook their own meals, making it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or gather around the dining table in the evening. A refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, blender, and dishes and silverware support everything from quick snacks to shared dinners.



Comfort & convenience

Wifi keeps you connected, and a TV offers relaxed entertainment indoors. An AC - split type ductless system and ceiling fans help maintain comfort in the warm coastal climate. The condo includes a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, and self check-in with a keypad for added flexibility. A carbon monoxide alarm supports home safety, and long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.

Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, in accordance with condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on the floor no.__2__ of phase no.__2_, so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
