The Space:

Morning light floods across Banderas Bay, the Pacific stretching wide from your balcony as warm coastal breezes drift in off the water. This five-bedroom, five-bath condo in Flamingos - set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta along Mexico's Pacific coast - is built for groups who want real space, an ocean backdrop, and everything they need within reach. With room for up to 12 guests and a lineup of amenities that covers beach days, movie nights, and everything in between, this is where group trips actually come together.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and six beds sleep up to 12 guests. A maximum of 13 is permitted when the group includes a minor under 15, in accordance with condominium rules - all guests, including children and babies, count toward the occupancy limit. Every bedroom is fitted with room-darkening shades and clothing storage, so whether someone's rising early for the beach or sleeping in after a late night, each space holds its own.

 

Outdoor living

Step onto the private balcony and the view does the rest - ocean and mountains stretching out across Banderas Bay, open and unhurried. Below, the outdoor pool and private hot tub offer two very different tempos for the afternoon. Beach access is a short walk away, and the beach essentials on hand - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - mean shoreline outings come together without a second thought. Back at the property, a fully fenced private backyard anchors the outdoor experience: outdoor furniture, a dining area, an outdoor kitchen with sink, and sun loungers ready for the kind of afternoon that stretches on. Resort access extends everything even further.

 

Entertainment and recreation

When the group moves indoors, there's no shortage of ways to fill the time. The movie theater turns any evening into a proper cinema night, while the ping pong table and pool table are always ready for a round. For anyone who keeps to a fitness routine, the exercise equipment - elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench - covers most needs, and the shared gym in the building offers additional space to move. The TV rounds things out for quieter evenings when the group just wants to settle in.

 

Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is well set up for group cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses are all in place, alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The dining table brings everyone together for meals - whether it's a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a longer evening in with the whole group gathered around.

 

Comfort and convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year-round. The single level home layout and building elevator make getting around easy for everyone. A dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - keeps remote work practical, backed by Wifi. A free in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light, and both free parking garage on premises and free street parking give the group flexibility on arrivals and outings. Self check-in and 24-hour building staff ensure smooth access at any hour. Long term stays are welcome.

 

Location

Flamingos sits within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, right on Banderas Bay along Mexico's Pacific coast. A humid-tropical climate holds steady around 28°C year-round - warm, consistent, and softened by ocean breezes. The area has everything a coastal group trip calls for, with the ease of a residential enclave that still keeps you close to everything worth doing.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._9_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
