This property is clean and tidy, but not managed well. Our room had a blocked drain in the bathroom sink. The waste water pooled in the sink and made it very disgusting. When I went to the reception to report the problem, the office was closed. I called the manager phone number to report the problem, but they wouldn’t refund my payment and didn’t offer any compensation. I don’t usually complain, but this is a PUBLIC HEALTH issue which is unacceptable.

Unloved, needs a lot of TLC. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for some reason but both bedrooms were musty smelling and one had a flashing main light - we only needed one room. The pool gate didn't shut properly and there were bags of dirty linen in the garden. Not sure if there was illness or some reason for the situation but it could be a great stopover with a small amount of work carried out.

The gentleman who helped us have a very late check-in last night, due to the extreme weather we drove down in, was wonderfully helpful and professional. The best customer service by the property manager Hardik. He is exceptional. Overall, the property is good. Although, it seemed a bit expensive due to Christmas holidays. Will stay again only because of Hardik's great attitude.

This place needs to have bathroom makeover. The corner shower was very awkward to use and small. A new toilet is needed. Couldn’t use the basin in the shower as it was tiny and on the side. The Tv kept switching off and not having any volume. The floors - they used rugs on top of rugs at the front door, could not open the front door fully to get in or out. Disappointed actually.

Quite a pleasant motel although we had some issues with the TV and bedlamp. When we spoke about it to reception in the morning, the gentleman was extremely apologetic and tried to fix the problem although he was unsuccessful. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom while okay was a little small with limited space.

The set up is clean, attractive and all one needs for a nights stay. The TV is not designed for Free To Air TV and difficult to navigate. The AC drops out at night leaving one to wake cold. The most uncomfortable time was the whole time in loading up the car with three employees or friends of the owner idly chatting close to the rear of my car. Weird! Also they charged me for my stay whereas I thought my payment was through Hotels.com
