120sqm 5-star house with pool and private garden and 50sqm of roof terrace

Villa Minerva has private fenced parking, swimming pool and garden. The exteriors are finely furnished to comfortably accommodate a group of six people, in fact there is a large table with 8 seats, three-burner gas barbecue and sun beds.

The house is spread over three floors:
On the ground floor extends the living room with kitchenette complete with every accessory just like at home. Finally a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The first floor is divided into two double bedrooms and two bathrooms: the master bedroom has a bathroom and a walk-in closet, from the terrace you can overlook the pool and if you look up you can see the sea. The second one can be used as a double room with single or double beds.
On the top floor there is a spacious terrace with sun loungers and a relaxation area, it is very pleasant for evening aperitifs overlooking the city and the sea.

It is our interest to enhance the territory and its products: in fact to all our guests we offer as a welcome gift oil and wine produced from the surrounding lands. We are always present for questions, advice or problems of various kinds: your satisfaction is our only goal!

Villa Minerva is located in a quiet and reserved residential area 600m from the sea.
How to move
It is preferable to have a car available, but you can move easily by bike as all the attractions and shops are not far from Villa Minerva.
Other things to keep in mind
our policy is to rent for seven days or multiples of seven. in case you want to stay for a shorter period a special rate will be applied with discounted prices on days when the house is not occupied. we are available for sailing boat trips (by reservation) and motocross experiences. the territory allows us to practice different sports in contact with nature including sailing, cycling and motorcycling.
