The "Cvit 2" is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 73 square meters, located on the ground floor and facing south. The living/dining room measures 33 square meters and features a double sofa bed (140 cm wide and 220 cm long), a satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. It also has an exit leading to a terrace. There are two bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), and another with a French bed of the same size, both with air conditioning and exits to the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic glass cooktop, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
