This well-maintained holiday home in Povile, a quiet suburb of Novi Vinodolski on the Crikvenica Riviera, is situated on a slope and offers four modern-equipped holiday apartments. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and filter coffee machine, SAT-TV with LCD, air conditioning, free WiFi and a terrace. Two apartments are located on the ground floor, two on the first floor, each with one to two bedrooms.



The fully enclosed property offers children plenty of space to play, a large covered communal terrace, outdoor shower, sun terrace, sun loungers, Hollywood swing, and a grill that can be used alternately by all guests. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Communal use of the washing machine is possible for a fee. Pets are allowed upon request.



The beach of Povile is only 350 m away. Nearby you will find restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities, further offers in the neighbouring Novi Vinodolski.



The holiday apartment on the ground floor offers 35 m² of living space for up to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a living, dining and kitchen area with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning and SAT-TV. The 32 m² terrace is partially covered, furnished and provides direct access to the garden.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, heating, internet (WiFi) and kitchen towels. Additional costs will be incurred for air conditioning, pets and the use of the communal washing machine. The tourist tax will be collected on site.
