The villa covers 650 m² and is fully fenced, providing complete privacy. Its heated saltwater pool has two different depths and is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with sun loungers, perfect for your dream vacation.
The villa is 14 km from Novalja, yet only 100 m from beautiful beaches, excellent local restaurants, and shops. A jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. In addition, the villa features a fireplace, a small children’s playground, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying traditional Croatian dishes with family and/or friends.
Guests can enjoy table tennis, foosball, mini soccer goals, and a SUP board, while indoors you can use the PS4 or have fun with karaoke. The living area, totaling 330 m², is fully equipped for all your needs. Fully air-conditioned and with underfloor heating, it has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an additional bathroom with washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and modern living room — this villa provides everything you need for a perfect stay.
