Alpine hut, ski hut in the middle of the ski area, holiday apartment

The Thaler-Alm is self-catering, ideal for two families or just for a romantic vacation in the mountains for two.
The hut offers enough space. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cozy parlor with wood stove, radio with CD, satellite LCD TV.
Large storage room with ski boot dryer, washing machine, table football.
There is light and electricity throughout the hut, central heating, and in winter a wood stove provides cozy warmth.

Own spring water.

Sun terrace with seating and grill.

The hut is not accessible by car in winter!

Parking in Obereggen, luggage transport by snowmobile by the hut owner. You can reach the hut via the piste, chairlift mountain station, descent to the hut.
In summer the hut can be reached via a good forest path.
The hut is at 1900 m asl.

Mountain spring: When the meadows are littered with the first alpine flowers such as gentian, primroses, crocuses, cyclamen, anemones, cowslips, and later the alpine roses, orchids, Turkish lilies, arnica ...
an indescribable experience.
You will also not forget the sunset in the mountains so quickly. A very special experience is when the Latemar turns into all sorts of red - pink to - purple shades at sunset.

Alpine summer / autumn time: Spend your romantic summer vacation away from mass tourism on our alpine pasture without having to sacrifice comfort, you can recharge your batteries here and enjoy the peace and quiet, treat yourself to the luxury of not having to do anything.
Or start directly from the hut for a mountain hike into the Latemar massif.

Climbing experts can test their skills on the in-house climbing rock with difficulty level 2-6, just a few meters below the hut.

The hut is in a sheltered, very sunny location.
5 managed alpine huts can be reached on foot in less than 30 minutes.

The Rosengarten -Latemar massif is one of the jewels of the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage of South Tyrol.
The ThalerAlm is located directly at the foot of the Latemar, in a wonderful panoramic position and is still only 40 minutes by car from the regional capital of Bolzano.

It is particularly beautiful in September and October.

High mountain climate: At altitudes between 1000 and 3000 meters above sea level, the so-called high mountain climate prevails, which benefits people suffering from asthma.

Almost all components of the air change with increasing altitude above sea level: oxygen content, air temperature and humidity decrease, solar radiation and average wind speed increase.
All allergens - whether animal or vegetable - occur much less frequently in the high mountains or are not there at all, which can have a positive effect on asthma sufferers.

Dust mites, for example, cannot survive above 1600 m because of the dry air. Even mold can not develop in the low humidity. Because of the long winters, pollen flies in less concentration and later than in the valley.
The clean, low-pollutant and allergen-free air reduces the overreaction of the respiratory tract and the immune system.

Sehr erholsame Tage
