My trip was good but at my return at 2:00 am my key card did not work for my door. In my panic, I went down to reception but there was no one there. I tried calling the 24hour reception line but it rang out, I did manage to get one of the men to assist me. Unfortunately in the morning at 10am, I was taking a shower when I heard a knocking, but was unsure on what it was, I exited the shower to the door starting to open and room service appearing whilst I was still in a state of undress.

Ibis - good night’s sleep, very good location

Ideally located for city centre shopping, Motorpoint Arena, pubs, restaurants etc. Parking opposite hotel, £16/24 hours. Room no frills but clean, bed very comfortable, good shower. Check in/out quick and efficient. Decent price.

Centrally located with friendly staff

Fab hotel centrally located. Staff polite and helpful. This was one of the cheapest hotels we could find for a gig we were attending as we were only sleeping there we just wanted a no thrills hotel and that's what we got

We booked a room that sleeps 3 people, this was not accommodated and one member of staff made this a very big issue. We was told that the bed would not be big enough to accommodate a child over 10 years - although my son is 9 and the size of a adult. Not only is this discrimination, but also not what the initial booking stated. We was told that there would be a bed left in the room for us upon going out that evening and on our return this had not been fulfilled! The security guard and a member of the night team facilitated this thankfully.

My Room was nice. View Fantastic. Buffet Breakfast Perfect, Friendly Lady Staff Member. One of the Lifts got stuck a few times while in use. My Key Card did not work so had to get it checked out at Reception Desk, then they worked fine. It was Noisy outside with Folk till 4.30am, to be expected of course, but managed to Sleep at 3.30am. On Checking in at 3pm I thought the Male Staff Member could have been a little more friendly, a Smile or 2, a brighter Welcome would have been nice. On the whole My Stay was Lovely & I would come back in the Future. Thankyou For My Stay🙂🌈

A very nice hotel, excellent service rooms very clean and breakfast was very good. The only draw back was first night we were on the first floor at the front of the building and it was very noisy with trams and revellers. The next day they moved us to the third floor at the back of the hotel and a quiet night sleep. Will be going back as it is close to all amenities.
