The property is reasonably located. It’s worth mentioning that there is no lift and one hans to climb 3 flights of stairs. It appears to be newly renovated but the heating is extremely archaic. It looked very old and each one had to be individually switched on. You will walk into a cold house and the it does take up to an hour to get the place heated. There is no thermostat to control everything centrally. Great bath room and kitchen , the other rooms were ok. The place can benefit from a cupboard, instead of an open railing . There’s little information on where things are kept. I was in dire need of an iron but there wasn’t one available. I checked at all logical places and spent an hour on the phone, to only be told that it’s kept under the kitchen sink cupboard. Overall it’s reasonable, but the biggest drawback is outdated heating.
