The apartment extends over several floors and awaits you with a pleasant atmosphere with modern furnishings. On the first floor, the winter garden invites you to spend relaxing hours with a good book. The cozy living room is located together with the kitchen on the 1st floor of the house. Spend here nice movie nights with the family on the comfortable couch or cooking your favorite meals. Upstairs are the bedrooms, one of which has sloping ceilings.
In the courtyard you have the opportunity to sit outside and use the communal grill to prepare delicious dinners.
Directly at the apartment starts a cycling path, where you can explore the surroundings on two wheels. Within walking distance you will also find shopping facilities, a restaurant and sports facilities such as tennis or fitness.
Note: The doors to the two bedrooms are antique and therefore only have a height of 1.70 m.
