Welcome to our charming property, just 1 km from the picturesque village of Canicattini Bagni, 24 km from Syracuse with its Greek theatre and the beautiful island of Ortigia, and 25 km from Noto, famous for its Cathedral and Baroque architecture. Our villa offers the perfect blend of peace and comfort, close to the renowned Fontane Bianche beach. Don’t miss a visit to Pantalica and Cavagrande. Catania and Comiso airports are about 45 minutes away.



La Panchina is a welcoming 71 m² villa with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ideal for 5 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a capsule coffee machine and traditional moka—perfect for your breakfast.
