Become Nosara offers a co-working space that is also open to the public. Owners within Condominium Become receive complimentary access; however, owner occupancy may not exceed 25% of the total co-working space capacity.

For this reason, we strongly recommend reserving your workspace in advance to take advantage of this amenity. If the complimentary owner allocation has reached capacity, additional workspace may still be available for booking at an additional cost, subject to availability and pricing. SECURITY

Nosara is a wonderful and welcoming community, and we are excited to share everything this special area has to offer. As with many popular tourist destinations, however, petty theft can occasionally occur, particularly involving unattended cash and personal belongings.


INTERNET & ELECTRICITY

Life in the jungle comes with a few unique considerations. Utility infrastructure in Nosara can occasionally be unpredictable, and temporary interruptions to electricity, phone service, or internet may occur.


WATER

During Costa Rica's dry season, typically from December through April, the Property may occasionally experience reduced water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water interruptions.
