This apartment was great. Very clean. The building itself was set up like a little resort, with an exercise area, observation deck, well maintained pool. Culd not ask for more.

Great location & great host

We loved the location of this VRBO as it was indeed walking distance to the beach 10 minutes in the heat & on the hill. It was quiet and pretty and it had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor showers for getting off salt, sand, and lots of dust. Access to a washer/dryer was nice, the pool was very cute, and we didn't need any more space as it was just the three of us and all we did there was shower and sleep and make coffee.The AC works but doesn't get "American cold" -- to be expected. The bathroom was a little funky smelling but with Costa Rican plumbing and the jungle humidity, I think this is also to be expected. Mari was so so great! Gave us all the info we needed (and I referred to it often) and was responsive when I had a couple questions. She is kind and relaxed and welcoming.The property felt very safe, and very special. Our own little corner of the jungle for a few days! I'd recommend this stay for the value, especially if you're spending most of your time out and about. We loved it!

fantastic host, beautifull house

great House, very friendly and helpful Host. fantastic garden and pool, fast internet, well equipped kitchen. Monkeys in the surrounding trees, <10min walk to the beach. We felt very welcome and would book it again.
