This lovingly restored mid-century gem overlooks Northport's tranquil Mill Pond. Just a short stroll from downtown Northport and the marina, this architectural treasure combines authentic retro charm with modern comforts.



Nestled on the banks of the historic Mill Pond, the home embraces true mid-century design with clean lines, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open concept living space that brings the outdoors in. Original wood beams, stone fireplace, and period furnishings create the perfect backdrop for your northern Michigan getaway. The large patio and wraparound deck allows you to entertain amongst the lush tree canopy, peaceful water, and sounds of nature including blue herons, turtles, otters, and hummingbirds.



The sunlit living area opens to a spacious deck where you can enjoy morning coffee while watching birds glide across the pond. Evenings are magical as the water reflects the changing sky – perfect for sharing stories and a glass of local wine. Two livings rooms create comfortable spaces to read or watch a show after a long day exploring the offerings of the Leelanau Pensinula.

The property is absolutely beautiful. All the trees made it like a private sanctuary. My family loved the proximity to the golf course. The house itself was excellent for us - plenty of space. And of course Jess was a fabulous host! THANK YOU !!!!
